LUKE COMBS SELLS OUT TWO-NIGHT HEADLINING DEBUT AT RYMAN AUDITORIUM IN LESS THAN 60 MINUTES
Breakthrough star Luke Combs continues to prove himself as “one of country’s leading new contenders” who is “building a big broad generation-spanning audience” (NPR) with the rapid fire sell-out of his two-night headlining debut at Ryman Auditorium on February 2 and 3, 2018. Last Friday, Combs announced the 25-city spring 2018 leg of his completely sold-out fall headlining Don’t Tempt Me with a Good Time Tour including his double header at Ryman Auditorium and first-ever shows in Canada, Australia and Europe.
Simultaneously, Combs’ second consecutive GOLD-certified two-week No. 1 radio single “When It Rains It Pours” has topped the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart this week; following Kane Brown’s “What Ifs” oust of Sam Hunt’s 34-week reign with “Body Like a Back Road.” Combs’ critically acclaimed debut album This One’s for You, which spurred back-to-back record breaking hits “Hurricane” and “When It Rains It Pours,” has accumulated more than 245 million streams to date; consistently remaining in the Top 10 on Billboard Country Albums since release in June.
After facing multiple challenges with ticket scalpers and bots on the fall leg of his tour, Combs joined artists Taylor Swift and U2 in partnering with Ticketmaster Verified Fan to ensure tickets remained strictly available to fans. Beginning Nov. 15, fans in Combs’ Bootlegger fan club will have early access to tickets securely through Verified Fan before the public on-sale on Nov. 17.
